Room Guarantee:

A credit card is requested to guarantee reservation online or by telephone, and will be required at check in. The first night’s room & tax will be charged if the the reservation is not canceled, the cancellation deadline has passed, or if the guest fails to arrive. (See cancellation policy, below).

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify Hotel Bentley at (318) 442-2226  or by email, at least 72 hours (for reservations April 14th – December 25th) and no less than 7 days (for reservations December 26th – April 13th) prior to scheduled arrival date to make changes to or cancel reservations. Late cancellations will be subject to charges for one night’s stay and applicable taxes. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy is subject to change during Special Events or Promotional Rates.

For reservations made via a third party vendor such as Expedia.com, guests will need to contact the respective vendor directly to cancel or modify their reservation.

Policies and Other Information:

Guests with disabilities: Hotel Bentley gladly assists guests with disabilities. Please contact our front desk for special arrangements.

Parking: Valet parking with in & out privileges until 10pm is available at $15 for registered guest and $20 for non-registered per day. Please allow at least 10 minutes for retrieval of your vehicle.

Business Services: Complimentary copier and fax available through front desk services.

Pets: Hotel Bentley does not accept pets.

Smoking: For the health, safety and comfort of our guests, Hotel Bentley is a 100% non-smoking establishment.
